How to Delete Your Parsafy Account

If you still wish to delete your account, you can follow the steps below. We’re sorry to see you go!

How to Delete Your Parsafy Account

On iOS:

  1. Tap the ⚙️ icon on your Profile screen to open Settings
  2. Scroll down to Account Actions
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the deletion process

On Android:

  1. Tap the ⚙️ icon on your Profile screen to open Settings
  2. Scroll down to Account Actions
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the deletion process

On Web:

  1. Log in to your Parsafy account at parsafy.com
  2. Navigate to Settings → Account Actions
  3. Click Delete Account
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the deletion process

What Happens After You Request Deletion

After you initiate account deletion, your account will first be deactivated for 30 days. During this period:

  • Other Parsafy users will not be able to contact or interact with you on the platform
  • Your content will no longer be visible to other users
  • You may reactivate your account at any time within the 30-day window by simply logging back in

After the 30-day deactivation period, your account will no longer be recoverable and we will initiate the final deletion process, which takes an additional 30 days to complete. As a result, your account will be permanently deleted 60 days after you initiate the deletion process.

The following will be permanently deleted:

  • Your account and account settings
  • Your connections and follower/following lists
  • Your posts, comments, and shared content
  • Your direct messages and chat history
  • Your saved preferences and AI interaction history
  • Your device data and location data stored in our systems

Data We May Retain After Deletion

We may retain certain personal data after account deletion for specific legal, security, and business purposes. For example, we will retain:

  • Records of any purchases or financial transactions made through Parsafy
  • Records of when you accepted our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
  • Any data we are required to retain under applicable law or to comply with a valid legal process
  • Data necessary to resolve outstanding disputes or enforce our agreements
