📋 Terms & Legal Compliance

All users creating or sharing commercial content on Parsafy must comply with:

• Parsafy's Terms of Service
• Parsafy's Community Guidelines
• Parsafy's Advertising Policies
• All applicable local, national, and international laws, statutes, ordinances, industry codes, and regulations in each jurisdiction where the content is published or accessible

This includes, without limitation, intellectual property laws, copyright and trademark law, privacy and data protection law, consumer protection law, advertising standards, and any sector-specific regulations applicable to the brand, product, or service being promoted.

✅ Truthful & Transparent Content

Honesty

All commercial content on Parsafy must be truthful and accurate. You must not make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims about any brand, product, or service you promote. This includes claims about product performance, health benefits, financial returns, pricing, availability, endorsements, or any other material characteristic.

Transparency

Be honest about your relationship with the brands, products, and services you promote. If you have received compensation, free products, commissions, or any other material benefit in connection with your content, you must disclose that relationship clearly — see the Disclosures section below.

No Deception

You must not create or share commercial content that:

• Deceives or misleads users about the nature, origin, or quality of a product or service.
• Uses fabricated testimonials, fake reviews, or AI-generated endorsements that misrepresent real user experiences.
• Uses manipulated images, deepfakes, or edited content in a way that creates false impressions about a product's appearance or capabilities without appropriate disclosure.
• Falsely implies that Parsafy endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with the brand or product being promoted.

Respect for Users

Commercial content must not demean, offend, or disrespect Parsafy's community. Content that shames, humiliates, or targets individuals based on personal characteristics — including body image, appearance, health status, or identity — is prohibited.

📢 Disclosures & FTC Compliance

All commercial content on Parsafy must clearly disclose its commercial nature. This applies whether you are a professional creator, an occasional brand partner, or a business promoting your own products.

Disclosure Requirements

• Clear and conspicuous: Disclosures must be easy to notice, read, and understand. They must not be buried in hashtags, hidden in long lists, placed out of frame, or spoken too quickly to understand.
• Prominent placement: Disclosures must appear before users engage with the content — not after they have already viewed, clicked, or acted on it.
• Unambiguous language: Use clear terms such as "#Ad," "#Sponsored," "Paid Partnership with [Brand]," or "I received this product for free from [Brand]." Vague terms like "#collab," "#partner," or "#gift" may not be sufficient.
• Retouched or AI-generated content: Content that has been significantly altered, filtered, or AI-generated in a way that materially changes the appearance of a product must include an appropriate disclosure or watermark.
• Commercial nature: Content that is purely commercial in nature — i.e., created entirely to promote a product or service — must be clearly identified as commercial content.

Data Collection Disclosures

If your commercial content prompts users to provide personal information (e.g., entering a contest, signing up for a newsletter, or requesting a sample), you must make clear that you — not Parsafy — are the party collecting that data, and you must provide a readily accessible privacy policy governing that collection.

🔞 Age-Appropriate Content

Parsafy is an 18+ platform. All commercial content published on Parsafy is therefore directed at an adult audience by default. However, creators and brands must still observe the following:

• Commercial content promoting products or services that carry additional age restrictions under applicable law (e.g., alcohol, gambling, pharmaceuticals, firearms) must comply with those restrictions and use appropriate age-targeting where platform tools permit.
• Commercial content must not be directed toward, or designed to appeal primarily to, individuals under 18, even though such users are not permitted on Parsafy. This applies especially to content that could reach minors through external sharing, linked websites, or cross-platform distribution.
• Commercial content must not promote housing, credit, employment, or financial services in a manner that discriminates against protected demographic groups or that targets or excludes specific demographics in violation of anti-discrimination law.

🔒 Privacy & Data Collection

Commercial content on Parsafy must respect the privacy of all users. You must not:

• Compromise users' privacy or collect personal information without their explicit, informed consent.
• Collect or process sensitive personal data through commercial content, including racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health information, sexual orientation, or financial status.
• Deceive users into providing personal information under false pretenses.
• Imply or claim knowledge of a user's personal data, location, browsing history, or other private information.

If you collect personal data in connection with commercial content on Parsafy, you are solely responsible for that collection. You must clearly identify yourself as the data controller, provide users with a readily accessible privacy policy, and handle all data in compliance with applicable privacy law — including the CCPA, GDPR, and any other applicable regional regulations.

©️ Intellectual Property

Commercial content must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights of any individual or entity. Before publishing commercial content, ensure that you hold all necessary rights and permissions for every element of your content, including:

• Images, photographs, illustrations, and graphic designs.
• Music, sound recordings, and audio content — including music provided through Parsafy's platform tools. See our Music on Parsafy AI guidelines for commercial use restrictions.
• Video clips, film footage, and motion graphics.
• Fonts, software, and other licensed materials.
• Names, likenesses, voices, and other identifying features of individuals featured in the content — explicit consent is required.
• Third-party trademarks, logos, and brand elements — written authorization from the brand owner is required.

🛡️ References to Parsafy

Commercial content must not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from Parsafy AI Inc. or its products. Specifically, you must not:

• Use Parsafy's name, logo, wordmark, or any of its product names (including ViraFrame, Tellefy, Guilda, or Collaboration) in commercial content without prior written permission from Parsafy.
• Use altered, abbreviated, or confusingly similar variations of any Parsafy-owned trademark in commercial content.
• Create content that mimics the appearance or functionality of Parsafy's platform features, user interface, or official communications in a way that could deceive users.
• Represent a brand, product, or service as being officially partnered with, endorsed by, or approved by Parsafy without written authorization.

🎁 Promotions

Contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, and other promotional campaigns conducted through commercial content on Parsafy are subject to our Promotions Rules in addition to this Commercial Content Policy.

Key requirements for promotions include:

• All official rules, eligibility requirements, and prize details must be clearly disclosed to participants.
• Promotions must comply with applicable sweepstakes, lottery, and prize promotion laws in each jurisdiction where they are available.
• Promotions must not require users to make a purchase to enter where prohibited by law.
• Promotions must not require users to share personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary for administration of the promotion.
• Parsafy must not be identified as a sponsor, co-sponsor, or administrator of any promotion without written authorization.

⚠️ Category-Specific Restrictions

Certain categories of commercial content are subject to additional restrictions beyond the general requirements of this policy. Please review the applicable category guidance before creating or publishing commercial content in these areas. ⚙️ Enforcement

Parsafy reserves the right to review any commercial content on the platform and to take appropriate action where content violates this policy. Enforcement actions may include:

• Content removal: Violating content will be removed from Parsafy without prior notice.
• Account restriction: Repeated violations may result in restrictions on a creator's or brand's ability to publish commercial content on Parsafy.
• Account suspension or termination: Serious or repeated violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of the account. This may include forfeiture of any earnings or creator monetization revenue associated with the account.
• Legal referral: Where commercial content involves illegal activity, fraud, or harm to users, Parsafy may refer the matter to relevant regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
