Brazil Privacy Notice
(Updated June 2026 — Version 2.0)
This notice is specifically crafted for our users in Brazil. Under Brazilian law, including the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018, as amended), users in Brazil are entitled to certain privacy rights. Our Privacy Principles and the controls we offer to all users are in compliance with these laws — this notice ensures we address all Brazil-specific requirements. For a comprehensive understanding, please read our Privacy Policy.
Data Controller
As a user in Brazil, you should be aware that Parsafy AI Inc., located at 710 South Myrtle Ave, Monrovia, California 91016, United States, is the controller of your personal information.
For privacy-related enquiries, please contact our Data Protection Officer at [email protected] or through our Contact Us page.
Rights of Access, Deletion, Correction, and Portability

- Access: Request confirmation of whether we process your personal data and obtain a copy of it. We will respond to verified requests within 15 days.
- Correction: Request correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated personal data.
- Anonymization, Blocking, or Deletion: Request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in violation of the LGPD.
- Portability: Request the transfer of your personal data to another service or product provider, subject to ANPD regulations.
- Deletion: Request deletion of personal data processed with your consent, except where retention is required by law.
- Information about sharing: Request information about the public and private entities with which we share your data.
- Information about consent: Request information about the possibility of not providing consent and the consequences of denial.
- Revocation of consent: Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Opposition: Object to processing carried out on grounds other than consent, particularly where it does not comply with the LGPD.
You can exercise these rights as described in the “Control Over Your Information” section of our Privacy Policy, through your account settings, or by contacting us at [email protected].
Bases for Using Your Information
The LGPD requires a valid legal basis for each processing activity. At Parsafy AI Inc., we typically rely on one of the following:
Contract
We may use your information because you have entered into an agreement with us. For example, when you purchase a product or service and accept our Terms of Service, we need to use some of your information to process the payment and deliver the service.
Legitimate Interest
We may use your information because we — or a third party — have a legitimate interest in doing so. For example, we use your information to provide and improve our services, protect your account, deliver customer support, and curate content we think you will appreciate. Our interests do not outweigh your right to privacy — we only rely on this basis when we believe our use of your data does not significantly impact your privacy or would be reasonably expected by you.
Consent
In some cases we will ask for your explicit consent to use your information for specific purposes. You may revoke your consent at any time through your account settings or device permissions. Revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
Legal Obligation
We may be required to use your personal information to comply with the law — for example, when we respond to a valid legal process or need to take action to protect our users or the public.
Age Verification and the Digital ECA
Parsafy is strictly an 18+ platform. All users are required to complete identity and age verification through ComplyCube before accessing the platform. No minors are permitted to access or use Parsafy under any circumstances. This means Parsafy fully complies with Brazil’s Digital Child and Adolescent Statute (Digital ECA, effective March 17, 2026), which mandates protection for minors in digital environments — our 18+ verification architecture satisfies and exceeds these requirements.
Data Breach Notification
In the event of a security incident involving your personal data, Parsafy AI Inc. will notify the ANPD and affected data subjects within 72 hours of becoming aware of the incident, in accordance with LGPD requirements and ANPD Resolution CD/ANPD No. 2/2022.
International Data Transfers
To provide our services, we may transfer your personal data to and store and process it in the United States. In accordance with ANPD Resolution CD/ANPD No. 19/2024 (the International Data Transfer Regulation, effective August 23, 2025), all international transfers of personal data originating from Brazil must be conducted using ANPD-approved Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other approved mechanisms.
Parsafy AI Inc. implements ANPD-approved SCCs for all transfers of Brazilian user data to the United States to ensure your data receives a level of protection consistent with LGPD requirements, even when processed outside Brazil.
For questions about our international transfer mechanisms, contact us at [email protected].
Your Right to Object
You have the right to object to our use of your information. For many types of data, you can delete it directly if you no longer want us processing it, or stop the use of your data by disabling the relevant feature in your account settings. For other types of information you do not agree with us processing, please contact us or email [email protected].
Cookies
Like most digital platforms and mobile apps, Parsafy may use technologies such as cookies, web beacons, web storage, and unique advertising identifiers to gather data about your activities, your browser, and your device. For further information about how we and our partners use cookies and the options available to you, please refer to our Cookie Policy and Cookie Information Page.
Complaints or Questions?
You can submit any privacy inquiries to our Data Protection Officer at [email protected].
You also have the right to file a complaint directly with Brazil’s data protection authority:
Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD)
Website: gov.br/anpd
Please note that as of 2025, the ANPD has been transformed into a fully independent regulatory agency with strengthened enforcement powers — including the ability to order cessation of processing activities and impose significant fines. We encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] — we are committed to resolving all concerns promptly and in good faith.
