How Do I Download My Data from Parsafy?

To access or update your data on Parsafy, we provide various methods for your convenience.

Accessing and Updating Basic Information

You can easily access and update fundamental information such as your name, email address, and profile details directly through Parsafy. Here’s how:

  1. Log into your Parsafy account.
  2. Navigate to your profile by clicking on your user icon or profile picture.
  3. In the profile section, you’ll find options to edit and update your personal details.

Accessing Comprehensive Data

For a more comprehensive view of your data — including account creation date and device activity — follow these steps:

  1. Ensure you are logged into your Parsafy account.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Account Actions.
  3. Select My Data within the Account Actions section.
  4. Choose the specific data categories you want to include in your download.
  5. Select the date range for the data you’d like to receive, or opt to receive all data.
  6. Confirm the email address where you’d like to receive your download notification.
  7. Click Submit at the bottom of the page.

We will send you an email with a download link once your data is ready. Alternatively, you can check recent exports within your account under See Exports and click Download to retrieve your data. Please note that your data download will be delivered as a zip file — you will need compatible software to access its contents.

What Information Can You Access?

To explore the types of information available, navigate to your account settings. For detailed information about the data we collect and retain, please review our Privacy Policy. Keep in mind that different types of information are retained for varying durations, and the categories of data collected may evolve over time. Information Available Within the Parsafy App

The Parsafy app provides access to key account information, including your name, username, date of birth, mobile number, email address, blocked contacts, content history, and more. Within the app you can also manage your privacy settings, ad preferences, notification preferences, permissions, and collaboration settings.
