Mexico Privacy Notice
(Updated June 2026 — Version 2.0)

This notice is designed specifically for users in Mexico. It is governed by the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares — LFPDPPP), as enacted on March 21, 2025, which replaced the 2010 framework and introduced significant changes to Mexico’s data protection landscape. Our Privacy Principles and the privacy controls we provide to all users are designed in accordance with this law. For a comprehensive understanding, please read our Privacy Policy.

Supervisory Authority

Effective March 21, 2025, oversight of Mexico’s data protection framework for the private sector has been transferred from the former INAI (now dissolved) to the Secretariat of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance (SABG). Enforcement proceedings are now handled by specialized federal courts. If you wish to file a complaint regarding our data practices, you may contact the SABG directly.
