Note: If you use a device equipped with a front-facing depth camera and you choose to use augmented reality features on Parsafy, any depth data used to enhance those features is processed in real time and is not stored on our servers or shared with third parties.

With Other Parsafy Users

We may share the following information with other Parsafy users:

• Public content you choose to share openly on Parsafy, including posts, creative content produced with ViraFrame, and any content submitted to inherently public features of the platform. How Long We Keep Your Information

Parsafy is built around the principle that your data belongs to you. On our part, this means that most data collected through your use of Parsafy — such as usage interactions and session data — is automatically deleted from our servers once it has fulfilled its purpose, unless you have changed your default settings or chosen to save something. Some data, such as account settings and preferences, is stored for longer periods.

• Professional Networking and Collaboration: Parsafy includes features designed to help professional users network, connect, and collaborate — including through our Collaboration tool and Guilda AI assistant. By using these features, you understand and agree that certain information from your professional profile may be shared with other professionals within the platform.
• Professional Account Communication: We may use the contact information provided in your professional account to communicate with you regarding professional services, platform updates, and relevant information. Information with Special Protections

Certain types of information collected by Parsafy AI Inc. are subject to heightened protection. The following provisions apply:

• Age Restriction and Verification: Parsafy is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Binding Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Parsafy AI Inc. agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy or the use of our platform — including any questions regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except as set forth below.

Arbitration shall be conducted by a mutually agreed upon arbitration service under its then-current rules. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

You and Parsafy AI Inc. each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than through arbitration, both you and Parsafy AI Inc. waive any right to a jury trial.

Exceptions to Arbitration

Either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights or confidential information pending arbitration. Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking relief in small claims court for disputes within that court’s jurisdiction.

Governing Jurisdiction

For any matters not subject to arbitration, both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

If any provision of this Privacy Policy is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from this Privacy Policy.
