So, what happens to the information we gather? The short answer is: we use it to offer you an exceptional platform and suite of tools that we continuously improve. Here is how:

• Develop, operate, improve, deliver, maintain, and safeguard our products and services, including ViraFrame, Tellefy, Guilda, and our Collaboration tools.
• Provide, personalize, and improve our advertising services, ad targeting, and ad measurement — including through the use of your content — both on and off our services. We may also store data about your use of third-party apps and websites on your device for this purpose. Refer to the section “Control Over Your Information” for further details on our advertising practices and your options. Learn more.
• Enhance your Parsafy experience — for example, by surfacing relevant content based on the content of your posts, photos, or videos.
• Personalize our services by suggesting connections, recommending content, suggesting profile information, inferring your interests from your activity, or customizing what you see on Parsafy — including ads.
• Develop and refine our algorithms and machine learning models, including for personalization, content recommendation, fairness and inclusivity, and to prevent abuse or violations of our Terms of Service. Your Guilda chats are never used to train AI models, by Parsafy or by OpenAI.
• Conduct research to better understand Parsafy users and general consumer interests and trends, including how our services are used.
• Use information you provide to communicate with you on other messaging platforms, where permitted.
• Enhance the safety and security of our products and services.
• Check that you meet our 18+ minimum using the birth date you provide, verify the identity of users who choose a verified badge, and prevent fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Use data gathered from cookies and other technologies to improve our services and your experience with them.
• Enforce, investigate, and report violations of our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, respond to law enforcement requests, and comply with all applicable legal obligations.
• Send you communications by email, SMS, or other messaging platforms where permitted. For example, we may use these channels to respond to support inquiries or share information about our products, services, and promotional offers we believe may interest you.
• Monitor and analyze trends and usage to improve platform performance and user experience.

How We Share Your Information

Why do we share the data we gather? Most of the time, it’s because you’ve asked us to. Sometimes, however, we need to share it. Here is how we may distribute your information:

With Other Parsafy Users

We may share the following information with other Parsafy users:

• Information about you, such as your username, name, and profile details.
• Information about how you’ve interacted with our services and content you’ve engaged with — such as the Parsafy users you’re connected with, the nature of those connections, and your recent activity on Parsafy.
• Information about your device, such as the operating system and device type, to help ensure you receive messages and content in the best possible format.
• Any additional data you’ve directed us to share — for instance, if you link your Parsafy account to a third-party app or share content from Parsafy to an external platform.
• Content you post or send. The reach of your content depends on your personal settings and the type of content you’re sharing. For example, a direct message may go to a single user you select, while a public post may be viewable by any Parsafy user you allow to see it.

With All Parsafy Users, Business Partners, and the General Public

We may share the following with all Parsafy users, our business partners, and the general public:

• Public profile data such as your name, username, and profile picture.
• Public content you choose to share openly on Parsafy, including posts, creative content produced with ViraFrame, and any content submitted to inherently public features of the platform. This content may be viewed, used, and shared by the public both on and off our services — including through search results, on websites, in apps, and in online and offline broadcasts.

With Our Affiliates

We may share information with entities within the Parsafy AI Inc. family of companies.

With Third Parties

We may share your information with third parties in the following circumstances:

• With service providers who perform services on our behalf, including facilitating payments, measuring and optimizing ad performance, and delivering relevant advertising on third-party websites and apps.
• With business partners who provide services and functionality on our platform.
• To prevent fraud — we may share device and usage data with partners to help detect and prevent fraudulent activity.
• For legal, safety, and security reasons — we may disclose your information if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:
  • Comply with any valid legal process, governmental request, or applicable law, rule, or regulation.
  • Investigate, remedy, or enforce potential violations of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
  • Protect the rights, property, or safety of Parsafy AI Inc., our users, or others.

Non-Personal Information

We may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable, or de-identified information with third parties that provide services to us or perform business functions on our behalf.

Guilda, Parsafy’s AI Assistant

This section explains how Guilda, Parsafy’s AI assistant, handles your information. It adds to the rest of this Privacy Policy. Where this section is more specific about Guilda, this section applies.

What Guilda Sends to OpenAI

Guilda runs on OpenAI. To answer you, Guilda sends OpenAI:

• The messages you write to Guilda.
• A summary of the conversation so far.
• Summaries of the tools Guilda uses for you.
• The date and a hint about your language.

What Guilda Never Sends to OpenAI

Guilda never sends OpenAI your username, email address, country, birth date, or stored language setting. It never sends other people’s data, file names, or document metadata.

How OpenAI Handles It

OpenAI may keep a copy of what Guilda sends for up to 30 days, only to monitor for abuse, and then deletes it. Neither Parsafy nor OpenAI uses your Guilda chats to train AI models.

Creations

When you ask Guilda to create an image, video, music, or speech, your prompt goes to the provider you choose for that creation. That provider’s own privacy practices apply. See “Third-Party Links and Services.”

Normal Chats

Your Guilda chats are kept until you delete them. When you delete a chat, it is permanently erased from Guilda and is not kept in our backups. A copy OpenAI holds for abuse monitoring is deleted on OpenAI’s 30-day schedule.

Temporary Chats

Temporary chats are not saved to your history. They are deleted from Guilda after 24 hours. Anything you created in a temporary chat, and any credits you spent, remain.

How We Protect Your Guilda Chats

Guilda chats are encrypted at rest with keys Parsafy holds. This protects your chats if a copy of our database leaks. It does not protect them if our whole server is compromised. Guilda chats are not end-to-end encrypted.

Who at Parsafy Can See Your Chats

No Parsafy admin screen shows the content of your Guilda chats. Admins can see AI chat metadata only.

Your Rights

Your Guilda chats and settings are included when you use Download My Data. They are erased when you delete your account.

New Guilda Features

Before we add a Guilda feature that uses your information in a new way, we will update this section and show you an updated notice in the app.

Tellefy, Parsafy’s Encrypted Messaging

Tellefy messages are end-to-end encrypted. Only you and the people you message can read them. Parsafy cannot read your messages or see the photos, videos, and files you send.

What Parsafy Can See

To deliver your messages, our servers see the user ID of the sender and the recipient and the time a message was sent. We never see what a message says.

Photos and Videos

We remove location data from photos and videos before they are sent.

How Long Messages Are Stored

Encrypted messages are stored on a separate message server for 30 days and then deleted from it. They stay encrypted the whole time, and Parsafy cannot read them.

Deleting Messages

You can delete a message for yourself, or for both you and the person you sent it to.

Reporting a Message

If you report a message, the message you report is sent to Parsafy’s moderators for review. Reporting is the only way Parsafy can see the content of a Tellefy message, and we see only the message you report. We see only the message you report, not the rest of your conversation.

Legal Requests

Because Tellefy messages are end-to-end encrypted, Parsafy cannot hand over their content. If we receive a valid legal request, the most we can provide is the information described in “What Parsafy Can See.”

How Long We Keep Your Information

Parsafy is built around the principle that your data belongs to you. On our part, this means that most data collected through your use of Parsafy — such as usage interactions and session data — is automatically deleted from our servers once it has fulfilled its purpose, unless you have changed your default settings or chosen to save something. Some data, such as account settings and preferences, is stored for longer periods.

We store certain information for longer periods of time. For instance:

• We store your basic account information — such as your username, email address, birth date, and country — until you ask us to delete it.

If you decide to stop using Parsafy, you may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through your account settings or by visiting our How to Delete Your Parsafy Account page. You may also contact us directly at privacy@parsafy.com. We will also delete most information we have collected about you after an extended period of inactivity.

Please note that while our systems are designed to carry out deletion practices automatically, we cannot guarantee deletion will occur within a specific timeframe. There may be legal requirements to retain your data, and we may need to suspend deletion practices if we receive:

• A valid legal process or governmental request requiring us to preserve content.
• Reports of abuse or violations of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Flags on your account or content — by other users or our systems — for abuse or policy violations.

We may also retain certain information in secure backup storage for a limited period of time, or as otherwise required by applicable law. Deleted Guilda chats are not kept in backups.

Professional Accounts

For users who create professional accounts on Parsafy, the following provisions apply:

• Professional Account Information: When you create a professional account, we may collect additional information such as your professional credentials, business name, business address, and other relevant details. This information is used to verify your professional status and provide you with access to enhanced features and services available to professional users on Parsafy.
• Professional Profile Visibility: By creating a professional account, you acknowledge and agree that certain information from your professional profile — such as your business name and professional credentials — may be visible to other users on Parsafy. This is intended to provide transparency and authenticity to the professional services you offer on the platform.
• Professional Networking and Collaboration: Parsafy includes features designed to help professional users network, connect, and collaborate — including through our Collaboration tool and Guilda AI assistant. By using these features, you understand and agree that certain information from your professional profile may be shared with other professionals within the platform.
• Professional Account Communication: We may use the contact information provided in your professional account to communicate with you regarding professional services, platform updates, and relevant information. You may opt out of receiving such communications at any time by adjusting your account settings or contacting us at privacy@parsafy.com.

Information with Special Protections

Certain types of information collected by Parsafy AI Inc. are subject to heightened protection. The following provisions apply:

• Sensitive Personal Information: Some users choose to share sensitive information — such as racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health information, or political views — through an optional survey or their account settings. Sharing it is never required to use Parsafy. We collect it only with your explicit consent, it is never made public unless you choose to share it, and you can delete it at any time. If you choose identity verification for a verified badge, biometric data may be processed by our verification partner for that purpose only.
• Age Restriction and Verification: Parsafy is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. Every user provides a birth date when creating an account, and accounts are only created for people 18 or older. If we become aware that a user under the age of 18 has accessed the platform, we will immediately suspend the account and promptly delete any personal information collected from that individual from our records.
• Consent and Control: For information requiring special protections, we will obtain your explicit consent before collecting, using, or disclosing such information, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
• Purpose Limitation: Information with special protections will only be collected and used for the specific purposes disclosed at the time of collection, unless otherwise required or permitted by applicable law. We will not use such information for any other purpose without first obtaining your explicit consent.
• Enhanced Security Measures: We implement enhanced security measures to protect information with special protections. These measures include additional safeguards, encryption, strict access controls, and restrictions on internal data access. Only authorized individuals with a legitimate, documented need may view or process such information.

Data Retention & Security

We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law. Age Restriction Policy

Parsafy is strictly an adult platform intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not permit access by minors under any circumstances.

We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from individuals under the age of 18. Every user must provide a birth date when creating an account, and accounts are only created for people 18 or older.

If we become aware that a user under the age of 18 has accessed the platform, we will immediately suspend that account and promptly delete any associated personal information from our records.

Control Over Your Information

We prioritize your ability to manage your own information. Parsafy is built on the principle of user ownership and transparency, and we have equipped you with the following tools to exercise that control.

Access, Correction, and Portability

You can access and edit most of your basic account information directly within the Parsafy platform. Additionally, you can use our Download My Data feature to obtain a copy of information not readily available on your profile in a portable format, allowing you to relocate or store it as you wish.

To protect your privacy and the security of your account, we may ask you to verify your identity before granting access to or making updates to your personal data. We reserve the right to refuse a request to access or update personal information where the request risks the privacy of other users, conflicts with applicable law, or cannot be fulfilled for legitimate operational reasons.

Revoking Permissions

If you have granted us permission to use certain information — such as camera or microphone access — you may revoke that permission at any time by adjusting your settings within the Parsafy app or through your device settings, where your device offers those options. Please note that revoking certain permissions may affect the availability or full functionality of some features.

For promotional emails or messages sent via SMS or other platforms, you may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link provided in the communication or by adjusting your notification preferences in your account settings.

Deletion

You may delete your Parsafy account at any time through your account settings. You can also delete certain information within the platform, such as saved preferences, your interaction history with our AI tools, submitted feedback, and search history.

Communicating with Other Parsafy Users

We believe you should always be in control of who you communicate with on Parsafy. Our platform includes tools that allow you to manage, among other things:

You can manage all of these preferences directly within your Parsafy account settings.

International Data Transfers

Your personal information may be stored and processed in any country where Parsafy AI Inc. has facilities or where we engage service providers. By using the Parsafy platform, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside of your country of residence, which may have different data protection rules than those of your country.

Where we transfer personal information internationally, we take appropriate steps to ensure that your information receives an adequate level of protection in the jurisdictions in which we process it, in accordance with applicable privacy laws including the GDPR and CCPA.

Please note that deleting your account may result in the permanent loss of data associated with it. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
