This notice is specifically designed for our users in the Republic of Korea. Users in the Republic of Korea have certain privacy rights as specified under Korean law, including the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and its 2025–2026 amendments. Our Privacy Principles and the privacy controls we offer to all users are compliant with these laws — this notice ensures we address all Republic of Korea-specific requirements. Domestic Representative (국내대리인)
Under the amended PIPA (effective October 2, 2025), foreign businesses targeting Korean users are required to appoint a domestic representative in the Republic of Korea. Parsafy AI Inc. is in the process of appointing a domestic representative. This page will be updated with the representative’s contact details once the appointment is confirmed. Your Rights Under PIPA
Under the PIPA and its 2025 amendments, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to Access: Request confirmation of whether we process your personal information and obtain a copy of it.
- Right to Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
- Right to Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information where it is no longer necessary or where consent has been withdrawn.
- Right to Suspension of Processing: Request suspension of the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
- Right to Data Portability (new — effective March 13, 2025): Request the transfer of your personal information to another service provider, or receive it directly in a secure, machine-readable format.
- Right to Object to Automated Decision-Making: Object to decisions made solely through automated processing that significantly affect you, and request human review.

Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
Certain third-party service providers as described in our Privacy Policy and Parsafy’s affiliates may perform functions on our behalf and may have access to your personal information as needed to perform those functions.
We may also share information about you with partners and collaborators we work with to enhance Parsafy’s features. Please refer to our Integrated Features page for more information about our third-party partners and their applicable privacy policies.
We will not share personal information about you with third parties without your consent, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Procedures and Methods of Personal Information Destruction
We commit to securely destroying your personal information when the consented retention period expires or when the information becomes unnecessary for its collected purposes. If you decide to stop using Parsafy, you can request account deletion at any time by visiting our How to Delete Your Parsafy Account page.
We will also delete most information we have collected about you after an extended period of inactivity. When we destroy your data, we undertake commercially reasonable and technically feasible measures to ensure the personal information is permanently and irreversibly eliminated.
International Data Transfers
Transfers to Parsafy AI Inc. and service providers
To provide our services, we may collect your personal information, transfer it, and store and process it with Parsafy AI Inc. and certain third-party service providers in the United States and other countries outside of the Republic of Korea. We ensure that every time we share information outside of Korea, the transfer complies with applicable Korean law so that your personal information is adequately protected.

EU transfers: As of September 16, 2025, the PIPC has recognized the EU’s personal data protection system as equivalent to Korea’s. Transfers to EU-based service providers may therefore proceed without additional consent requirements under this adequacy recognition.
Transfers to overseas partners
We may share your information with partners and creators we collaborate with who are located outside the Republic of Korea to enhance Parsafy’s features.
