Under the 2024 amendments to KVKK, Parsafy AI Inc. may process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Request deletion or destruction of your personal data where applicable
  • Object to processing, particularly where data is processed through automated means

  • Object to automated decision-making — request human review of decisions made solely by automated systems (new right added in 2025)
  • Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances
  • Seek compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful data processing

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a personal data breach affecting your information, Parsafy AI Inc. will notify the KVKK Authority and affected individuals within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with the 2025 KVKK amendments.

International Data Transfers

To offer our services, we may collect your personal information from, transfer it to, and store and process it in the United States and other countries outside of Türkiye. All cross-border transfers are conducted in compliance with KVKK requirements, including the use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and written commitments where required by the KVKK Board, following the 2024 amendments to the law.

As a foreign data controller processing the personal data of Turkish residents, Parsafy AI Inc. is subject to VERBIS (Veri Sorumluları Sicili) registration requirements under KVKK.
