Firearms Advertiser Application

Apply for pre-approval to advertise licensed firearms products or services on Parsafy

Licensed firearms retailers, manufacturers, and related businesses require written pre-approval from Parsafy before advertising on the platform. This application initiates the review process.

Approval is not guaranteed. Parsafy reviews each application for valid federal and state licensing, compliance with applicable law, and alignment with our Advertising Policies and Prohibited & Restricted Content policy. We will contact you at the email address provided within 10 business days of receiving a complete application.

⚠️ Pre-Application Requirements

Your business must hold a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) or equivalent state/international license for each type of firearm product you intend to advertise.
Advertising must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in each jurisdiction where ads will be shown.
All advertising must emphasize lawful, responsible ownership — including background check requirements, safe storage, and legal use only.
Advertising must not target users under 18 years of age under any circumstances.
Advertising must comply with Parsafy's Advertising Policies.

🚫 These Categories Will Never Be Approved — Do Not Apply

The following are absolutely prohibited and no approval process exists for them:

Ghost guns, untraceable firearms, or firearms without serial numbers.
Conversion kits, switches, or any device that converts a semi-automatic firearm to automatic fire.
Firearm suppressors or silencers without proper Class III/SOT dealer licensing.
Removal, alteration, or obliteration of serial numbers.
Private sales designed to circumvent background check requirements.
Straw purchase facilitation — advertising that encourages purchase on behalf of a prohibited person.
Switchblades, brass knuckles, tasers, batons, nunchucks, sawed-off shotguns, or other prohibited weapons under applicable law.
Explosives, pipe bombs, improvised explosive devices (IEDs), fireworks, or any explosive material or device.
Advertising for firearms products to be used for illegal purposes, intimidation, or violence against persons.

🛡️ Section 5 — Responsible Advertising Commitment

Parsafy requires all approved firearms advertisers to commit to responsible advertising standards. Please confirm the following.

Responsible Advertising Commitments *

All advertising will emphasize lawful, responsible firearm ownership — including background check requirements, safe storage, and legal use. No advertising will target or be designed to appeal to users under 18 years of age. No advertising will imply, encourage, or facilitate the circumvention of background check requirements or other applicable legal safeguards. No advertising will portray or imply the use of firearms for illegal purposes, violence against persons, intimidation, or threatening behavior. All advertising will comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws in each targeted jurisdiction. We will not advertise ghost guns, untraceable firearms, illegal modifications, or prohibited weapon categories regardless of approval status. We will promptly notify Parsafy of any change to our FFL or equivalent licensing status, including expiration, suspension, or revocation.
