Music on Parsafy AI

1. Respect Copyright & Intellectual Property

You may only use music in your content if you have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to do so. This includes music you upload yourself, music sourced from third-party platforms, and any music incorporated into AI-generated content you create using Parsafy's tools.

Unauthorized use of copyrighted music is strictly prohibited and may expose you — and in some circumstances Parsafy — to legal liability. You are solely responsible for obtaining all required licenses, clearances, and permissions before publishing content containing music.

This includes, where applicable:

• Synchronization rights for pairing music with video content.
• Master recording rights for use of a specific recorded performance.
• Mechanical rights for reproduction of musical compositions.
• Public performance rights where content will be streamed or broadcast.

When in doubt, only use music that is explicitly licensed for your intended use — such as content in the public domain, music under Creative Commons licenses that permit your use, or music from Parsafy's licensed in-app library where available.

2. Comply with Parsafy's Content Policies

All music use on Parsafy must align with our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. You must not use music in content that:

• Is illegal, threatening, or incites violence or harm.
• Is hateful, harassing, or discriminatory toward any individual or group.
• Constitutes explicit sexual content in violation of our guidelines.
• Infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
• Promotes or facilitates illegal activities, including drug use, trafficking, or fraud.
• Misrepresents, manipulates, or deceives audiences about the nature of the content.

Content that violates these policies may be removed without prior notice, regardless of whether the music itself is licensed.

3. Preserve the Integrity of the Music

Music is an art form. You must not alter, manipulate, or distort the fundamental character of the melodies, lyrics, or compositions of songs you use in a manner that:

• Misrepresents the original work or its artist.
• Uses the music in an offensive, objectionable, or defamatory context.
• Alters lyrics in a way that creates false impressions or harms the artist's reputation.
• Associates the music or artist with content they have not endorsed.

Parsafy respects artists' rights — including their moral rights where recognized by law — to control how their work is associated with content, causes, and individuals.

4. AI-Generated Music & Parsafy Tools

Parsafy's AI-powered tools, including ViraFrame and related creator features, may generate or suggest music as part of content creation workflows. When using AI-generated music on Parsafy:

• Music generated by Parsafy's licensed AI tools within the Platform is cleared for use within Parsafy as permitted by these guidelines.
• You may not export or distribute AI-generated music from Parsafy to external platforms, services, or commercial contexts without verifying the applicable license terms.
• You remain solely responsible for any music you independently source, upload, or integrate into AI-generated content outside of Parsafy's licensed library.
• AI-generated content that imitates the voice, style, or likeness of a specific artist in a misleading or unauthorized manner is prohibited.

The legal landscape around AI-generated music is evolving rapidly. Parsafy will update these guidelines as law and industry standards develop.

5. Commercial & Promotional Use

Music available through Parsafy's in-app library is licensed for personal, non-commercial creative use unless your account tier or a separate written agreement with Parsafy expressly permits commercial use.

You must not use music from Parsafy's library in connection with:

• Paid advertisements or sponsored content without appropriate commercial licensing.
• Promotional campaigns, brand content, or influencer marketing where you receive direct or indirect compensation.
• Content monetized through third-party platforms without verifying that your music license covers such use.

If you intend to use music for commercial purposes, you are responsible for securing the appropriate commercial licenses directly from the rights holders or a licensed music provider. Parsafy's Commercial Content Policy provides further guidance.

6. Distribution Outside Parsafy

Music licensed through Parsafy's in-app library is authorized for use within the Parsafy platform only. You must not distribute, republish, or share content containing Parsafy-licensed music on external services, websites, or platforms without first verifying that your license rights extend to such distribution.

Parsafy bears no liability for copyright infringement claims arising from a user's unauthorized distribution of music-containing content outside of the Platform. Any such liability rests solely with the user.

7. Regional Availability & Licensing Variations

The availability of specific music on Parsafy may vary by region due to licensing restrictions negotiated on a territory-by-territory basis. Music that is available to you in one country may not be licensed for use in another.

If you access Parsafy while traveling or while using a VPN or proxy that routes your traffic through a different region, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of any music complies with the licensing restrictions applicable to the territory in which the rights holder has granted licenses.

Parsafy is a VPN- and Tor-friendly platform. However, using such tools to circumvent regional music licensing restrictions is prohibited.

8. Your Representations & Warranties

By using music in any content you post or create on Parsafy, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to use the music in the manner you have used it.
• Your use of the music does not and will not infringe the copyright, moral rights, performance rights, or any other intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Your use of the music complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing copyright, public performance, and synchronization.
• You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Parsafy AI Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your music use on the Platform, as further described in the Terms of Service.
