Promotions Rules

If you plan to use Parsafy AI or any of its affiliated products or services to host a promotion, contest, sweepstakes, giveaway, or similar campaign (collectively referred to as a "Promotion"), you are solely responsible for ensuring that your Promotion complies with all applicable legal requirements — wherever it is run and wherever participants are located.

This includes drafting official rules, terms, and eligibility criteria; providing required disclosures; complying with prize and sweepstakes laws; adhering to consumer protection and marketing regulations; and satisfying any platform-specific requirements. Legal requirements for Promotions vary significantly by jurisdiction. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified legal professional before launching any Promotion.

These Promotions Rules apply in addition to — and do not replace — Parsafy's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Advertising Policies, and Commercial Content Policy. All Promotions conducted on or through Parsafy must comply with all of the above.

⚠️ Important: Parsafy AI Inc. and its affiliates will not be held responsible or liable for any issues, claims, damages, or disputes arising from your use of our products or services as part of your Promotion. By running a Promotion on or through Parsafy, you accept sole responsibility for its lawful operation and for any resulting claims by participants or third parties.

✓ Required — Do

Make participation straightforward with clear, concise, and easy-to-follow instructions.
Provide complete official rules for your Promotion before it begins, including eligibility requirements, entry methods, prize descriptions, odds of winning, and any applicable restrictions.
Explicitly state in your official rules that each participant fully releases Parsafy AI Inc. and its affiliates from any and all claims related to or arising from the Promotion.
Clearly and conspicuously state in your official rules and all Promotion materials that the Promotion is entirely independent of Parsafy, is not endorsed or sponsored by Parsafy, and is not affiliated with or administered by Parsafy AI Inc.
Comply with all FTC disclosure requirements for sponsored content, including disclosing any material relationships between you and participating brands or sponsors.
Comply with all applicable prize fulfillment obligations — deliver prizes as promised, on time, and as described in your official rules.
Abide by all of Parsafy's policies, including our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Privacy Policy.

✗ Prohibited — Don't

Use the Parsafy name, wordmark, logo, product names (ViraFrame, Tellefy, Guilda, Collaboration), or any other Parsafy intellectual property in your Promotion materials except as minimally necessary to identify that the Promotion is hosted on or through the Parsafy platform — and only then in accordance with our Brand Guidelines.
Imply that Parsafy sponsors, endorses, administers, or is otherwise affiliated with your Promotion.
Encourage any illegal, illicit, or prohibited behavior as part of Promotion entry or participation.
Promote spammy behavior — for example, instructing participants to send mass or repeated unsolicited messages to other users as a condition of entry.
Require participants to share false, misleading, or deceptive content as part of entry.
Collect personal data from participants beyond what is necessary to administer the Promotion, or use participant data for purposes beyond the Promotion without separate, informed consent.
Violate — or encourage participants to violate — Parsafy's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or Privacy Policy.

⚖️ Legal Requirements for Promotions

The following legal requirements apply to all Promotions conducted on or through Parsafy. This list is not exhaustive — you are responsible for identifying and complying with all laws applicable to your specific Promotion and the jurisdictions where participants are located.

No purchase necessary (where required): In many U.S. states and other jurisdictions, it is illegal to require a purchase or payment to enter a sweepstakes. If your Promotion involves a random prize draw, you may be required to offer a free alternative method of entry.
Official rules: Most jurisdictions require that sweepstakes and contests have written official rules available to all participants before the Promotion begins. Your official rules must include at minimum: eligibility requirements, entry period, prize descriptions and approximate retail values, odds of winning, selection method, and how winners will be notified.
Registration and bonding: Certain states (including New York and Florida) require registration and bonding for sweepstakes where the total prize value exceeds specific thresholds. Consult a legal professional if your Promotion involves significant prize values.
Age restrictions: Parsafy is an 18+ platform. All Promotions hosted on Parsafy must restrict participation to users aged 18 and older, or the age of majority in the participant's jurisdiction if higher.
Tax obligations: Prize winners may be subject to tax obligations. You are responsible for ensuring that prize winners receive required tax documentation (e.g., IRS Form 1099 in the U.S.) where applicable.
Data protection: Collecting personal information from Promotion participants triggers obligations under applicable privacy law, including the CCPA and GDPR. You must provide participants with a clear privacy notice and handle their data in compliance with all applicable regulations.
Skill contests vs. sweepstakes: The legal requirements for skill-based contests differ from those for chance-based sweepstakes. Ensure your Promotion is correctly classified and complies with the rules applicable to its type.

      Parsafy strongly recommends consulting a qualified attorney before running any Promotion — particularly if it involves significant prize values, operates across multiple jurisdictions, or involves participants outside the United States. Parsafy cannot provide legal advice on Promotions compliance.
    

🛡️ Parsafy's Role in Your Promotion

Parsafy AI Inc. is not a sponsor, co-sponsor, partner, or administrator of any Promotion conducted by users or third parties on or through the platform, unless Parsafy has separately agreed to such a role in writing.

Your official rules and all Promotion materials must include clear, conspicuous language to this effect — for example:

      "This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Parsafy AI Inc. By participating, you acknowledge that any questions, comments, or complaints regarding this Promotion should be directed to [Organizer Name] and not to Parsafy."
    

Failure to include this disclosure — or any use of Parsafy's name or brand in a way that implies Parsafy's involvement — is a violation of these Promotions Rules and may result in removal of Promotion content from the platform.

⚙️ Enforcement

Parsafy reserves the right to remove any Promotion content that violates these Promotions Rules, our Community Guidelines, or any other applicable Parsafy policy — without prior notice. Repeated or serious violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

Parsafy may also report Promotions that appear to involve illegal activity (including illegal lotteries or fraud) to relevant regulatory authorities.

Promotion organizers are solely responsible for the lawful operation of their Promotions, for prize fulfillment, for compliance with all applicable laws, and for resolving any disputes with participants. Parsafy's provision of platform services does not constitute any form of endorsement of, participation in, or responsibility for any Promotion.
