Community Guidelines
Parsafy AI is an 18+ platform built on a foundational commitment to free expression, authentic community, and user sovereignty. These Community Guidelines establish the boundaries of what is and is not permitted on Parsafy — not to limit speech, but to protect our community from genuine harm.
We have specified rules for prohibited content in our Terms of Service and in these Guidelines, and we enforce those rules consistently. No set of rules can anticipate every possible situation. Where specific scenarios arise that are not explicitly addressed, we retain the right to determine — in our sole discretion — whether content or behavior breaches the spirit of these Guidelines.

🗣️ Our Free Speech Commitment
Parsafy is built on the belief that free expression — including speech that is controversial, uncomfortable, political, or critical — is a fundamental right worth protecting. We are not a neutral arbiter of what ideas are acceptable. Our role is to prevent genuine harm, not to police opinion.
This means Parsafy does not suppress content simply because it is politically charged, critical of institutions or governments, religiously heterodox, morally controversial, or unpopular with any particular group. Content that challenges power, dissents from official narratives, or advocates for change — including on topics like human rights, government accountability, and political reform — is not only permitted but valued.
The limits we set in these Guidelines are narrow and targeted: they exist to prevent real-world violence, the sexual exploitation of children, targeted harassment, fraud, and coordinated efforts to undermine democratic processes. Everything else — debate, disagreement, satire, criticism, advocacy — is welcome on Parsafy.
We also operate a transparent algorithm. Content that is permitted on Parsafy may have limited algorithmic distribution if it falls into certain sensitive categories described in our Content Recommendation Guidelines — but it will never be silently suppressed.
Sexual Content
Standards governing explicit, adult, and sexually related content on Parsafy
Parsafy is an 18+ platform. While we permit a broader range of adult content than general-audience platforms, certain categories of sexual content are prohibited absolutely, and others are subject to restrictions on distribution and commercial use.
✗ Prohibited
- Pornographic content promoted or distributed in a commercial context without compliance with our Advertising Policies.
- Any sexual content involving minors (CSAM) — real, simulated, AI-generated, or illustrated. Zero tolerance, no exceptions.
- Grooming behavior — any attempt to establish inappropriate relationships with minors.
- Sexual extortion (sextortion) — threatening to share intimate images to coerce someone.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery — sharing or distributing intimate images of any person without their consent.
- Sexual solicitation directed at unwilling recipients.
✓ Generally Permitted
- Breastfeeding and other non-sexual depictions of nudity.
- Sexual health education, including discussions of consent, reproductive health, and STI prevention.
- Adult content between consenting adults, shared within the platform's content settings, where it complies with our Terms of Service.
- Artistic nudity in a clearly creative or educational context.
- Discussion of sexuality, gender identity, and relationships.
Harassment & Bullying
Parsafy does not tolerate targeted abuse, harassment, or bullying of any individual
Parsafy believes in robust, open discourse — including heated disagreement, strong criticism, and pointed debate. What we do not permit is conduct designed to harm, intimidate, or silence a specific individual through repeated targeting, abuse, or invasion of privacy.
✗ Prohibited
- Sexual harassment, including sending unsolicited sexually explicit, suggestive, or nude images.
- Contacting a user who has blocked you from a different account.
- Sharing another person's private information without their consent (doxxing).
- Sharing images of someone taken in a private setting — such as a bathroom, bedroom, locker room, or medical facility — without their consent.
- Refusing to remove a photo or video of someone after they have requested its removal.
- Deliberately filing false reports against permissible content as a tool of harassment.
- Coordinated campaigns designed to overwhelm a specific user with abuse.
✓ Generally Permitted
- Criticism, satire, and parody of public figures, including politicians, celebrities, and institutions.
- Strong disagreement or debate, including on controversial topics.
- Commentary on public statements, public actions, and matters of public record.
- Documenting or reporting on misconduct by public or private individuals.
Threats, Violence & Harm
Standards governing violent, threatening, and harmful content on Parsafy
Parsafy permits discussion of violence, conflict, and harm in educational, journalistic, historical, and creative contexts. What we prohibit is content that constitutes a real threat, glorifies real-world violence, or could put a person in immediate danger.
✗ Prohibited
- Credible threats to harm a specific individual, group, or property.
- Intimidation designed to cause fear of physical harm.
- Gratuitous or graphic depictions of violence, including animal abuse, with no journalistic, educational, or artistic context.
- Content that glorifies self-harm, promotes self-injury, or encourages suicide.
- Encouraging or facilitating eating disorders or dangerous diet behaviors.
- Content that incites others to commit acts of violence against identifiable individuals or groups.
✓ Generally Permitted
- News coverage and documentary content involving violence or conflict.
- Historical documentation of violent events.
- Fiction, film, and creative content involving violent themes.
- Discussion of self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders in an awareness, recovery, or support context.
- Martial arts, combat sports, and other consensual physical competition.
Harmful False or Deceptive Information
Parsafy is a free-speech platform — but not a platform for fraud, impersonation, or dangerous disinformation
Parsafy supports open debate, dissenting viewpoints, and the right to challenge official narratives. We do not arbitrate factual disputes or suppress opinions. What we prohibit is content designed to deceive in ways that cause real harm — fraud, impersonation, dangerous medical misinformation, and coordinated efforts to undermine democratic processes.
✗ Prohibited
- Denying the occurrence of documented tragic events (e.g., genocides, mass casualty events) with the intent to harm victims or their communities.
- Unsubstantiated medical claims that could endanger public health (e.g., false cures for serious illness, dangerous treatment substitutions).
- Content that undermines the integrity of civic processes — including false information about polling locations, voter eligibility, or election procedures.
- Manipulated or synthetic media (deepfakes) presented as real for deceptive purposes.
- Impersonating a real individual, brand, or organization for harmful, non-satirical purposes.
- Impersonating Parsafy or Parsafy AI Inc. in any context.
- Spam and coordinated inauthentic behavior.
✓ Generally Permitted
- Satire, parody, and clearly labeled fictional content.
- Dissenting opinions on contested scientific, political, or historical questions.
- Criticism of government narratives, official health guidance, or institutional positions.
- Alternative theories and interpretations presented as opinion or analysis.
- Clearly labeled parody accounts of public figures.
Illegal or Regulated Activities
Parsafy may not be used to facilitate criminal activity or illegal commerce
Do not use Parsafy for any illegal activity. Discussing, reporting on, or advocating about illegal activities is generally permitted — facilitating them is not.
✗ Prohibited
- Facilitating the purchase, sale, or exchange of illegal drugs, contraband, weapons, or counterfeit goods or documents.
- Sharing or distributing child sexual abuse or exploitation imagery (CSAM).
- Promoting or facilitating human trafficking or sex trafficking.
- Unauthorized promotion of regulated goods, including unlicensed gambling, tobacco or vaping products, and alcohol targeting minors.
- Facilitating the sale of stolen goods or proceeds of crime.
- Using Parsafy to coordinate or plan criminal acts.
✓ Generally Permitted
- Journalism and reporting on illegal activity, crime, and criminal justice.
- Advocacy for changes to drug, gambling, or other regulatory laws.
- Harm reduction content related to legal or decriminalized substances.
- Discussion and debate about law enforcement, criminal justice reform, and related policy.
- Legal sale and promotion of regulated goods in compliance with our Advertising Policies.
Hateful Content, Terrorism & Violent Extremism
Parsafy has zero tolerance for content that incites real-world violence or promotes terrorist organizations
Parsafy is a free-speech platform — we do not suppress speech simply because it is offensive, controversial, or unpopular. What we prohibit is content that crosses from expression into incitement: speech designed to dehumanize, to promote violence against real people, or to advance organizations whose purpose is mass harm.
✗ Prohibited
- Content that advocates for, glorifies, or promotes terrorism or violent extremist acts or organizations.
- Hate speech that degrades, defames, dehumanizes, or promotes violence against individuals or groups based on race, color, caste, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, immigration status, socioeconomic status, age, weight, or pregnancy status.
- Recruitment or fundraising for terrorist organizations or violent extremist groups.
- Dissemination of terrorist propaganda or materials designed to incite mass violence.
✓ Generally Permitted
- Journalism, documentary, and educational content about terrorism, extremism, and hate groups.
- Counter-extremism content, including analysis and critique of extremist ideologies.
- Discussion of controversial historical events, including atrocities and genocides.
- Criticism of religious, political, or ideological movements — including when strong or pointed.
- Satire and parody of extremist ideologies and organizations.
- Human rights advocacy, including documentation of government repression and state violence.
Politics & Civic Discourse
Parsafy is a free-speech platform — political discourse is welcome and protected
Political speech — including commentary, advocacy, criticism, satire, and debate on any political topic — is welcome and protected on Parsafy. We do not restrict political discourse based on viewpoint, and we do not take sides in political debates. Our role is to prevent genuine harm, not to manage the terms of political conversation.
This means content about elections, government policy, political candidates, human rights, war, international affairs, civil liberties, and any other matter of civic concern is permitted — including content that is strongly critical of governments, institutions, or public officials, including where such criticism may be controversial or contested.
✗ Prohibited
- Content that incites political violence or encourages physical harm against political figures, groups, or institutions.
- Deliberate disinformation about electoral processes — including false information about polling locations, voting eligibility, election dates, or vote-counting procedures — designed to suppress participation or undermine democratic legitimacy.
- Coordinated inauthentic behavior — including bot networks, fake accounts, and astroturfing — designed to artificially amplify political content or manufacture the appearance of grassroots support.
- Paid political advertising — Parsafy does not accept political ads. See our Advertising Policies.
✓ Fully Protected
- Political commentary, analysis, and opinion on any topic or candidate.
- Advocacy for political parties, candidates, movements, or causes.
- Criticism of governments, politicians, and public officials — including heads of state and government institutions.
- Human rights documentation and advocacy, including in authoritarian contexts.
- Protest organization and civic mobilization.
- Voter registration drives and get-out-the-vote efforts.
- Satire, parody, and political humor.
- Whistleblowing and journalism about political misconduct.
Religion, Belief & Conscience
Religious discussion, criticism, and interfaith dialogue are welcome on Parsafy
Parsafy welcomes discussion, debate, and expression related to religion, spirituality, belief, and conscience in all their forms. This includes the expression of personal faith, criticism of religious institutions or doctrines, interfaith dialogue, secular perspectives, and commentary on the role of religion in public life.
We believe that robust, honest engagement with religious ideas — including criticism and disagreement — is part of healthy discourse. Parsafy does not adjudicate theological disputes or determine which religious views are acceptable.
✗ Prohibited
- Hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on their religion or religious identity — including content that dehumanizes, threatens, or calls for violence against people because of their faith.
- Content inciting or coordinating violence against members of a religious community.
- Using religious framing to promote terrorist organizations or violent extremist ideologies.
✓ Fully Protected
- Expression of personal religious belief and practice.
- Criticism of religious institutions, doctrines, texts, or leadership.
- Interfaith dialogue, including disagreement between traditions.
- Secular, atheist, and agnostic perspectives on religion.
- Commentary on the political and social role of religious institutions.
- Academic, historical, and journalistic treatment of religion.
- Satire and parody of religious institutions, figures, or practices.
- Advocacy for or against religion-related legislation or policy.
⚙️ Enforcement, Moderation & Appeals
Parsafy enforces these Community Guidelines through a combination of automated systems, community reporting, and human review. We reserve the right to take enforcement action — including content removal, account restriction, account suspension, or permanent termination — against users who violate these Guidelines or our Terms of Service.
Enforcement actions we may take include:
- Content removal: Removing specific posts, videos, images, or other content that violates these Guidelines.
- Account restriction: Limiting the visibility or functionality of an account where violations are identified.
- Account suspension: Temporarily suspending an account pending review of serious violations.
- Permanent termination: Permanently banning accounts responsible for serious, egregious, or repeat violations. Users whose accounts are permanently terminated are prohibited from creating new accounts on Parsafy.
- Law enforcement notification: Notifying law enforcement where content poses a credible threat to human life or constitutes criminal conduct, including CSAM, credible threats of violence, and terrorism-related content.
Parsafy also reserves the right to remove or restrict access for users who, in our sole discretion, pose a credible danger to others — on or off Parsafy. This includes leaders of recognized hate groups and terrorist organizations, individuals with a documented pattern of inciting violence, and individuals whose behavior we have reasonable grounds to believe poses a threat to human life.
🚩 Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior on Parsafy that you believe violates these Community Guidelines, we encourage you to report it. All reports are reviewed by our Safety team to determine whether a violation has occurred.

For safety-related emergencies involving an immediate threat to life, contact local emergency services first.
