Parsafy AI is an 18+ platform committed to authentic self-expression and creative freedom. At the same time, we maintain clear limits on sexual content to protect our community, to comply with applicable law, and to ensure Parsafy remains a space where users can engage without being subjected to unwanted explicit material.
Our approach is straightforward: pornographic content is not permitted on Parsafy in any form, regardless of whether participants are adults or consenting. This is a firm platform-wide rule — not a conditional one. What is permitted is a broad range of affectionate, artistic, educational, and health-related content that does not cross into explicit sexual material.
This page explains in detail what is and is not permitted. It applies to all content on Parsafy — posts, stories, messages, AI-generated content, and any other format — and to all users regardless of account type.

🚫 What Is Prohibited
Pornographic Content — Prohibited in All Forms
Parsafy prohibits all pornographic content, defined as any visual, written, audio, or AI-generated content whose primary purpose is sexual arousal or that depicts explicit sexual acts. This prohibition applies regardless of:
- Whether the individuals depicted are adults.
- Whether all depicted individuals have consented to the creation of the content.
- Whether the content is artistic, fictional, or animated in nature.
- Whether the content is shared privately or publicly.
- The format — video, image, text, audio, AI-generated output, or any other medium.
Pornographic content includes but is not limited to:
- Explicit depictions of sexual intercourse or sexual acts — real, simulated, or animated.
- Graphic depictions of genitalia in a sexual context.
- Sexually explicit written content (erotica) describing in graphic detail sexual acts or scenarios.
- Explicit sexual audio content.
- Hyper-realistic animations, illustrations, or AI-generated imagery depicting explicit sexual acts.
Other Prohibited Sexual Content
- Commercial sexual services: Advertising, soliciting, or facilitating offline sexual services (e.g., erotic massage, escort services) or online sexual services (e.g., sexual chat, video services, or subscription-based adult content platforms) is prohibited.
- Sexual solicitation: Sending or posting unsolicited sexually explicit content, propositions, or requests directed at other users.
- Sexually suggestive content directed at minors: Any content with sexual undertones directed at, or depicting, individuals under 18.
✅ What Is Permitted
The following types of content are permitted on Parsafy and are not considered violations of these guidelines:
✓ Affectionate & Romantic Content
- Couples kissing, embracing, or expressing affection in a non-explicit way.
- Romantic content — including intimate moments — that does not depict or suggest explicit sexual acts.
- Wedding and honeymoon content that is not sexually explicit.
- LGBTQ+ affection and romance on the same terms as any other relationship.
✓ Artistic & Educational Content
- Artistic nudity in clearly creative, fine art, or editorial contexts — e.g., figure drawing, classical sculpture, art photography.
- Breastfeeding and other non-sexual depictions of nudity in everyday or medical contexts.
- Sexual health education, including content about consent, reproductive health, STI prevention, and sexual wellness.
- Medical or clinical depictions — e.g., anatomy, reproductive health, surgical procedures.
✓ Body & Lifestyle Content
- Swimwear, lingerie, and activewear content that is not sexually explicit or designed to simulate nudity.
- Body-positive content celebrating diverse body types without explicit sexual intent.
- Fitness, wellness, and lifestyle content that incidentally features the body without explicit sexual framing.
✓ Discussion & Advocacy
- Discussion of human sexuality, gender identity, and relationships.
- Commentary on the adult entertainment industry — journalistic, critical, or advocacy in nature.
- Survivor testimony and advocacy related to sexual violence or exploitation.
- News reporting and documentary content related to sexual health, policy, or rights.
💡 Examples — Permitted vs. Prohibited
The following examples illustrate how these guidelines apply in practice. These are illustrative, not exhaustive.
Couple kissing in a photo
Affectionate, non-explicit content between partners. Fully permitted regardless of the relationship type.
Video of sexual intercourse
Explicit sexual content is prohibited regardless of whether participants are adults, consenting, or married.
Breastfeeding photo
Non-sexual depiction of nudity in a natural context. Fully permitted.
Graphic written erotica
Sexually explicit written content describing graphic sexual acts is prohibited, regardless of format.
Swimwear or lingerie modeling
Clothing content that incidentally reveals the body is permitted where it is not sexually explicit or simulating nudity.
Offering online sexual services
Advertising, soliciting, or facilitating paid online sexual experiences is prohibited.
Sexual health education post
Content about consent, STI prevention, reproductive health, or sexual wellness is permitted and encouraged.
AI-generated explicit sexual imagery
The prohibition on pornographic content applies fully to AI-generated images, animations, and video — regardless of whether the subjects are real or fictional.
💼 Commercial Sexual Content & Services
Parsafy prohibits the promotion, solicitation, or facilitation of commercial sexual services in any form. This includes:
- Offline services: Erotic massage, escort services, or any other in-person sexual service.
- Online services: Sexual chat services, explicit video call services, subscription-based adult content platforms (e.g., links to or promotion of OnlyFans-style platforms), or any other paid online sexual experience.
- Indirect facilitation: Linking to external platforms, websites, or services that offer explicit sexual content or services, where the purpose of the link is to direct users to such content.
Advertising of adult products (such as sexual wellness products, contraception, or personal care items) may be permitted in compliance with our Advertising Policies, which set specific requirements for such content including age targeting and content restrictions.
🤖 AI-Generated Sexual Content
The prohibition on pornographic and explicit sexual content applies fully and equally to AI-generated content — including content created using Parsafy's own AI tools (ViraFrame, Guilda) or any other AI platform. There are no exceptions for fictional, animated, or non-photorealistic AI-generated sexual content.
Specifically prohibited AI-generated content includes:
- AI-generated images, video, or animations depicting explicit sexual acts — regardless of whether subjects appear human, animated, or fantastical.
- AI-generated written content (erotica) describing explicit sexual acts in graphic detail.
- AI-generated voice or audio content of a sexually explicit nature.
- Deepfakes placing real individuals in sexual scenarios without their consent — this is prohibited both as explicit content and as non-consensual intimate imagery.
- AI-generated sexual content depicting characters who appear to be, or are described as, minors — this constitutes CSAM regardless of the AI-generated nature of the content and carries the same zero-tolerance consequences.

🚨 Child Protection — Absolute Zero Tolerance
The sexual exploitation or abuse of minors — in any form — is among the most serious violations of these guidelines and of applicable law. Parsafy has zero tolerance for any content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
Absolutely prohibited — no exceptions:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind — photographic, video, illustrated, animated, AI-generated, or written.
- Grooming behavior — any communication or conduct designed to build inappropriate trust with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation or abuse.
- Sexual extortion (sextortion) involving minors — threatening to share intimate images of a minor to coerce compliance.
- Any content that uses fear, shame, or coercion to silence a minor who has been subjected to sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Soliciting, distributing, or possessing nude or sexually explicit content involving anyone under 18 — including content that was originally self-generated by the minor.
- Any attempt to engage in sexual conduct with a minor, whether online or in person, facilitated through Parsafy.
How we respond:
All confirmed or credible cases of child sexual exploitation on Parsafy are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities, as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. This reporting happens without notice to the user. Accounts found to have engaged in CSAM-related activity are permanently terminated with no right of appeal.

🔐 Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery
Sharing intimate images or videos of another person without their consent — regardless of how the content was originally obtained — is strictly prohibited on Parsafy. This applies to:
- Images or videos originally shared in private that are redistributed without consent ("revenge porn").
- Images or videos obtained through unauthorized recording in private settings — bathrooms, bedrooms, locker rooms, medical facilities, or any location where a person has a reasonable expectation of privacy.
- AI-generated or manipulated intimate imagery of a real identifiable person created without their consent (deepfakes in a sexual context).
- Threatening to share intimate images to coerce, extort, or silence a person (sextortion) — whether or not the images are ever actually shared.
If you receive a request to remove a photo or video of someone from your content — particularly one taken without their knowledge or in a private context — please comply. Refusing to remove such content after being asked is a violation of these guidelines and may result in enforcement action.
⚙️ Enforcement
Parsafy enforces these Sexual Content Guidelines through automated detection, proactive monitoring of high-reach content, community reporting, and human review. Content that violates these guidelines will be removed. Users who share, promote, or distribute violating content will be notified of the violation.
Enforcement Actions
- Content removal: Violating content is removed from Parsafy promptly upon discovery.
- Account restriction: Accounts involved in non-egregious first violations may receive a warning and restriction of certain features.
- Account suspension: Serious or repeat violations may result in temporary account suspension pending review.
- Permanent termination: Egregious violations — particularly those involving CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, or commercial sexual solicitation — may result in immediate permanent account termination.
- Law enforcement reporting: Where required by law or where Parsafy has reasonable grounds to believe a crime has been committed, we will report violations to relevant authorities including NCMEC, the FBI, and local law enforcement.
Proactive Monitoring
High-reach content on Parsafy — including Discovery Feed content, Parsafy TV, and trending posts — is subject to proactive monitoring and additional safeguards. Content on these surfaces may occasionally include material that is suggestive but not explicitly prohibited (for example, artistic nudity or swimwear content). If you believe any content on these surfaces violates these guidelines, please report it.
