Harassment & Bullying Guidelines
Community Guidelines Explainer Series
Parsafy AI is a free-speech platform — we welcome robust debate, strong criticism, satire, and disagreement, including on sensitive or controversial topics. Criticism of public figures, institutions, and ideas is not harassment. What we prohibit is targeted, sustained conduct designed to harm, intimidate, silence, or violate the privacy of a specific individual.
Harassment and bullying have no place on Parsafy. These harms take many forms — verbal abuse, threats, shaming, unwanted sexual advances, privacy violations, and coordinated campaigns against individuals. Our approach combines clear policy rules, product-level safeguards, and user-accessible tools to address these harms dynamically.
These guidelines apply to all content and behavior on Parsafy — posts, messages, comments, AI-generated content, and any other form of communication on the platform. They should be read alongside our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
🗣️ Free Speech vs. Harassment — Drawing the Line
Because Parsafy is a free-speech platform, it is important to be clear about what distinguishes protected expression from prohibited harassment.
✓ Protected Expression
- Criticism, satire, and parody of public figures — politicians, executives, celebrities, public institutions.
- Strong disagreement, including heated or pointed debate.
- Commentary on public statements, public conduct, and matters of public record.
- Documenting or reporting on misconduct by named individuals.
- Opinions that others find offensive, hurtful, or objectionable.
- Negative reviews of products, services, or public work.
✗ Harassment
- Conduct designed to cause a specific individual emotional distress, fear, or humiliation through repeated or targeted abuse.
- Coordinated campaigns directing multiple users to target and abuse a specific person.
- Threats of physical harm, violence, or other serious consequences directed at a specific individual.
- Conduct designed to silence a person — not to respond to them, but to drive them off the platform.
- Persistent unwanted contact with a user who has blocked or asked you to stop.
🚫 What Is Prohibited
Violations of Parsafy's harassment and bullying policy include any unwanted behavior that could cause a reasonable person to experience significant emotional distress, fear, or harm. The following conduct is prohibited:
General Harassment & Bullying
- Verbal abuse, insults, or personal attacks targeting a specific individual in a sustained or escalating manner.
- Threatening to harm a specific individual, their family, their property, or their livelihood.
- Deliberate shaming or humiliation campaigns targeting a specific person.
- Encouraging others to harass, abuse, or pile on a specific individual.
- Creating or operating accounts whose primary purpose is to target, mock, or harass a specific private individual.
- Contacting a user who has blocked you by creating a new or alternate account to circumvent the block.
- Deliberately filing false reports against a user as a tool of harassment.
Impersonation as Harassment
- Creating accounts that impersonate a real private individual for purposes of harassment, humiliation, or reputational harm.
- Using another person's name, photo, or identifying information to deceive or harm them.
🔞 Sexual Harassment
Parsafy has zero tolerance for sexual harassment in any form. Sexual harassment on Parsafy includes:
- Sending unsolicited sexually explicit messages, images, videos, or other content to another user.
- Making unwanted sexual advances, propositions, or requests directed at another user.
- Repeatedly sending sexual content or requests after a user has indicated they do not want such contact.
- Sexually demeaning, objectifying, or degrading comments directed at a specific individual.
- Soliciting nude or sexually explicit content from another user without their clear prior consent.
- Using sexual content or imagery to coerce, threaten, or extort another user (sextortion).
🔐 Privacy & Doxxing
Sharing another person's private information without their consent — commonly known as "doxxing" — is prohibited on Parsafy. This applies regardless of whether the information was technically accessible through other means.
Prohibited Privacy Violations
- Publishing a person's home address, workplace address, or daily routine in a context that could facilitate stalking or physical harm.
- Sharing a person's phone number, email address, or other contact information without their consent in a context intended to facilitate harassment.
- Publishing identifying information about a person's family members, particularly minor children, without consent.
- Posting images or video of a person taken in private settings — including bathrooms, bedrooms, locker rooms, medical facilities, or any other location where a reasonable expectation of privacy exists — without their knowledge and consent.
- Revealing a person's immigration status, health conditions, sexual orientation, gender identity, religious beliefs, or other sensitive personal information without consent, particularly where such disclosure could cause harm.
Content Removal Requests
If you are depicted in content posted by another user and you wish to have it removed — particularly content taken without your knowledge or in a private context — you have the right to request its removal. Users who receive such a request must comply.
🚫 Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII)
Parsafy has zero tolerance for non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) — commonly referred to as "revenge porn." This includes:
- Sharing sexual or intimate images or videos of a real person without their explicit consent, regardless of how the content was originally obtained.
- Threatening to share a person's intimate images or videos in order to coerce, control, or extort them — whether or not the images are ever actually shared (sextortion).
- AI-generated or deepfake intimate imagery of a real identifiable person created or distributed without their consent.
- Soliciting others to share or distribute intimate images of a specific person without that person's consent.

Encouraging multiple accounts to target one user with abuse is coordinated harassment — prohibited.
Strong disagreement in a debate thread
Heated disagreement and robust debate are welcome on Parsafy, including on controversial topics.
Sending unsolicited explicit images
Sending sexually explicit content to a user who has not requested it is sexual harassment — prohibited.
Negative review of a public figure's book
